Dr. Rick A. Clark entitles me or my local church to unlimited use when used as part of
our regular local church childrens ministry. This includes:
1. Printing or photocopying the material...
2. Copying the CD for your teacher
3. Adding, changing, modifying the lessons to fit your childrens needs.
I understand that I may use this material as often as I like at no additional cost or royalty
fee as long as it is limited to persons participating in my church ministry.
I understant that the Kids Under Construction materials/resources are not transferable
between churches/pastors or organizations and cannot be resold in any form.
These materials may not be listed in a catalog as part of my/our church's resources
(even if the resources have been altered). Additionally, these materials may not be listed
or otherwise made available on the Internet as part of an Internet web site.
I understand that RIck Clark is making these teaching resources available for our sole
use in our own local church ministry. No exceptions.
